Under the supervision of the President of PHC, Kim is responsible for providing direction and management of the financial operations of PHC, the MPTN Employee Health Benefit Plan, and the MPTN Tribal Member Family Health Benefit Plan including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, internal controls, and related financial policies and procedures.  Kim provides overall financial leadership, communication, and coordination with the MPTN/MPGE finance teams as well as other appropriate executives.

Kim has worked in finance and accounting roles for many years in both the public and private sectors.  Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Liberty University.
